MEET OUR TEAM
Siddh joined Janus in 2017 as a partner. He’s a lawyer himself, having practiced at Fish & Neave (now Ropes & Gray) before leading his own small firm in New Jersey. Siddh has extensive community ties throughout the country, especially in the legal community, and makes the best use of those relationships in his work with candidates who are looking for a new home.
Siddh’s recruitment practice has taken him all over the U.S. and he’s had success identifying and placing partner and associate candidates to fill firm management needs as well as very targeted specialties in several major legal markets.
Originally from Indiana, Siddh is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Alex founded Janus in 2012. He is a former lawyer, having begun his career in Cadwalader’s New York office before relocating to Washington, DC, to pursue a combination of legal and legislative advocacy in support of immigrants’ rights.
As a recruiter, Alex has worked with everyone from first-year associates at small firms to teams of partners at major international firms. This has resulted in dozens of placements and the movement of millions in attorney-generated revenue over his career. Alex has successfully filled firm’s lateral partner needs in highly niche areas of finance and IP, as well as office and practice area leaders.
Alex resides in Princeton, NJ and, outside of the business, he is a member of the NJ State Council for the national Humane Society and actively volunteers to recruit young candidates to run for down-ballot office nationwide. He’s a graduate of Duke University and the NYU School of Law.
